My journey to become a qualified sports massage therapist located in Christchurch began in 2022 after a career of being a professional dancer and teacher I wanted to learn the skills to treat injuries. I trained at the Royal Ballet School London then moved onto Laine Theatre Arts. Once qualified as a dancer I worked around the world enjoying various dance contracts in theatres both in cities and on cruise liners. In 2010 I retired from professional dancing due to an ankle injury and since have been teaching dance, pilates, yoga, pre and post natal and fitness. I am bursting with energy and throw this into my business with a keenness to treat my clients so their wellbeing is maintained so they can thrive.   In 2022 I qualified in level 3 Diploma Sports Massage Therapy and set up my business treating clients.  In early 2023  I qualified at Level 4 Diploma in Sports Massage. In the summer of 2023 I will be training in Taping, Instrument Assisted Massage, Dry Cupping and Dry Needling.
