Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, Rescheduling Appointments & No-Shows If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments (no-shows) with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a £25 fee. Clients with three or more short-notice cancellations or no-shows may be asked to pay for future appointments in advance. We completely understand that unexpected situations and genuine emergencies can occur — these will always be handled with discretion and compassion.
