Cancellation Policy At Massage Therapy Christchurch, Im dedicated to providing the best possible care and service for all my clients. Each appointment time is reserved especially for you and I do my best to accommodate everyone who needs treatment. Cancellations, Reschedules & No Shows • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. • Cancellations, reschedules or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a £25 fee. • Clients with three or more short notice cancellations or no shows may be asked to pay for future appointments in advance. I completely understand that unexpected situations and genuine emergencies can occur- these will always be handled with discretion and compassion. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will need to end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting the next client. If you’re unsure of the location of the clinic, please check it ahead of time to make your arrival smooth and stress free. Gift Vouchers The cancellation policy also applies to gift voucher bookings. Helpful Reminders I send email reminders (please check Junk/Spam) for your upcoming appointments and I often have a waiting list of clients hoping to book. If you ever need to cancel, even on short notice, please let me know as soon as possible- I will do my best to fill your spot and may be able to waive the fee.
